Fellowship Fleet Limousine is currently seeking qualified x`part-time dispatchers to support and expand our operations throughout the continental United States.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Dispatcher to join our operations team at Fellowship Fleet Limousine and Bus Company. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily transportation operations by coordinating drivers, vehicles, and schedules while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and chauffeurs alike.

Responsibilities:

· Represent Fellowship Fleet Limousine and Bus Company professionally and courteously at all times.

· Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs for airport transfers, corporate travel, group transportation, and special events.

· Monitor driver schedules, vehicle availability, and trip status to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

· Communicate clearly with drivers regarding trip details, changes, delays, and client requests.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, updates, and service concerns.

· Track trips in dispatch software and maintain accurate records of assignments and vehicle usage.

· Respond promptly to unexpected issues such as traffic delays, vehicle changes, or last-minute client needs.

· Ensure the highest level of safety, professionalism, and service standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

· Previous dispatch, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.

· Strong communication and multitasking skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and time-sensitive situations.

· Flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Proficiency with computers, phones, and dispatch or scheduling systems preferred.

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
