A career as a Customs and Border Protection Officer offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on national security, while fostering economic growth through effective trade regulation. Your mission will be multifaceted: enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws; facilitating legitimate trade and travel; conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances.
Duty Locations – Incentives available for some locations:
- Anchorage, AK; Douglas, Lukeville, Nogales and San Luis AZ;
- Calexico CA;
detecting potential threats against national security.
We're looking for highly motivated professionals with strong communication skills;
a solid understanding of customs regulations would be beneficial though not required.
Further education or relevant training can help advance your professional development toward higher roles within law enforcement which includes GS-11 special agent position including sector level positions (Board Staff/Policy/Mission & Operations Division).
