As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as prospecting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about the client's services and identifying their needs and requirements. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems. Job Responsibilities Identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media Responsible for outbound sales activities using sales engagement platform (call, email, social) Manage outreach activities to leads, current client base, and identified prospects Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients Extend the brand through the development of content on Sales to educate the customer Develop and implement multi-channel sequences Schedule appointments for Sales Team with potential clients' key decision-makers (Manager, Director, and C-Level executives) Document daily outreach activities, notes, and correspondence Respond to all inbound leads and forward qualified leads to the Sales team Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives with adding new opportunities as leads Provide detailed notes, communication, and any other resources helpful to dealing with success
