About
As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering a range of IT projects from initial concept through to closure. You’ll: Lead and coordinate matrixed project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with Succession’s Change Framework. Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies. Establish and run effective project governance, including forums, ceremonies and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including IT, business teams and external partners. Support sponsors in realising project benefits and ensuring successful change outcomes. Produce high‑quality project artefacts and maintain a clear audit trail. Conduct Post Implementation Reviews and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Act as a role model within the Change function, supporting junior colleagues and promoting best practice. About You
Essential Experience & Skills We’re looking for someone who brings: Demonstrable experience delivering projects in financial services or wealth management. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple complex dependencies. Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Proficiency with project management tools and software.
