Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or sales support, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
- Proficiency in WWT tools, processes, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $72,400 - $90,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Provide daily guidance and mentorship to Inside Sales team members, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Help team members troubleshoot issues related to quoting, order management, and customer inquiries.
Operational Support & Reporting:
- Oversee the execution of quoting and order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights into team performance and operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a key point of contact between Inside Sales team members and senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices and providing training.
Personal Attributes:
- Leadership: Exhibits strong leadership qualities, able to guide and support team members.
- Collaborative: Works effectively across teams to drive operational success.
- Mentorship: Able to mentor and coach team members, helping them to achieve individual and team goals.
