What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact
• Address complex client concerns and coordinate with lab functions to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor client health to mitigate churn risks and develop retention strategies
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and applicable industry laws
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation abilities
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse individuals

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in project management within a laboratory or scientific setting
• Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Background in training others on policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
