Program Coordinator

Position Summary:

Watts of Love is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to oversee our solar light distributions and lead our Lighthouse Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating international programs, developing processes, and managing projects, as well as a passion for poverty alleviation, partner relationships, a commitment to Watts of Love's mission.

Essential Job Functions:

LIGHTHOUSE MANAGEMENT

• International partner oversight (Lighthouse framework)
• Manage Lighthouse reporting and metrics in Zoho CRM
• Lighthouse vetting/onboarding
• Trainer training and on-boarding
• Completion of baseline and follow-up surveys
• Light shipping versus plan
• Lighthouse budgets versus plan
• Develop Lighthouse technology plan to streamline operations
• Zoho Project management
• Partner communication
• Track and manage all reporting to be completed by Lighthouse teams

DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR

• Track and manage the number of lights distributed to each community
• Coordinate distributions with in-country partner and Global Travel Teams
• Train team on Lighthouse Distribution and financial empowerment training processes

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

• New partner on-boarding
• Partner and team training, via Zoom and in-person
• Curriculum development and refinement
• Partner profile management
• New tool development (reference videos, working materials, workbooks, presentations, etc.)

TRAVEL

• Prepared to travel internationally a minimum of 4-5 times per year (each trip around 10 days).
• Prepared to lead international trips (as needed)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in field relevant to international humanitarian and development work
• 3-5 years of experience in program management, program development, international development, and/or in relevant field
• Experience managing international teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Passion for poverty alleviation and commitment to Watts of Love's mission

• Have a "start-up" mentality and be willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities
• Previous experience operating in Zoho One or another CRM platform
• Industry knowledge and understanding of UN SDGs, Sphere Standards, Humanitarian Core Principals, etc.

• Ability to work cohesively and productively within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
