Construction Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are a growing general contracting company specializing in residential renovations, remodels, and new construction. We are seeking a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our team in a commission-only, 1099 role.

This position is ideal for a confident, self-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Earnings are uncapped, with strong potential for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home and on-site consultations
• Understand client needs and present construction solutions
• Review scopes of work, pricing, and close contracts
• Follow up with leads promptly and professionally
• Manage and track leads through the sales process
• Manage the project from sale through completion, acting as the primary point of contact for the client
• Coordinate with the office and project team to ensure smooth execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (construction, home improvement, or real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based role
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50, $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
