Silver-Spring Home Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for adult and pediatric patients in Conroe, TX. We have multiple open shifts and flexible scheduling options. If you have experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care, we want to hear from you

Open Shifts

• 77396 (Pediatric): Mon–Sun, 5am-5pm- Pge-Tube
• 77346 (Pediatric) 10hr Sat or Sun – G-Tube
• 77396 (Adult): THUR & SUN 7AM-1PM- VENT, TRACH, G-TUBE
• 77389 (Pediatric): FRI-MON NIGHTS 9PM-9AM VENT, TRACH. GTUBE
• 77327 (Adult): TUE & WED 7PM-7AM G tube
• 77357 (Pediatric): Sat& Sunday- 8am-8pm G tube

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for trach, vent, and G-tube patients
• Administer medications and feedings
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with family and healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN or LVN license
• Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care (preferred)
• CPR certification
• Compassionate and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $ $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
