This is an internship with a commitment of 24-40 hours per week, structured as a part time to full time position. After six months, this role has the potential to convert into a full time paid long term role with deep involvement across multiple different ventures and companies led by the founder.
This internship is not limited to one company. You will assist the founder across real estate, investments, technology, startups, fundraising, agency operations, transactions, sales, marketing, AI driven projects, and philanthropic efforts. The focus is real world execution and learning how these areas actually work together in practice, not theory or information that never gets used.
You will work closely with the founder and gain direct insight into how deals, systems, and businesses are built and operated from the inside in a modern, tech focused environment.
This role is fully remote with flexible coordination.
What You Will Learn
- Real estate investing and transactions
- Business operations and startup building
- Sales, marketing, branding, and relationship building
- Capital flow, investments, and strategy
- Technology tools and AI applications
- How for profit and non profit efforts operate together
- How founders make decisions across multiple businesses
You will also be exposed to commission based income structures and how sales can create significant earning opportunities alongside long term skill building.

- Assist with real estate research, transactions, and deal support
- Help with sales support, outreach preparation, and follow ups
- Support marketing, branding, content organization, and social media

Responsibilities are structured to be educational, guided, and appropriate for an internship.

- People who value practical skills that compound long term
- Self driven, organized, and reliable individuals
- Those interested in real estate, investments, technology, AI, startups, and philanthropy

Compensation
This is primarily an educational internship focused on learning and skill development. In addition, there are commission and referral based compensation opportunities tied to real estate transactions and sales activities where the intern directly assists. Commissions are uncapped, and strong performers can earn substantial income, including six figure potential, based on transaction volume, alongside the learning experience.
What You Will Gain
- Real world understanding of real estate, startups, and investments
- Practical experience in sales, marketing, operations, and execution
- Direct access to how multiple businesses are built and scaled
- Skills that can be applied immediately to income, business, and life decisions
