Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday: 8am–1pm.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant who:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare patients for orthodontic exams and treatments
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures
• Take and process digital radiographs (including panoramic images)
• Take impressions, scans, and orthodontic records
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances and assist with adjustments (training provided as needed)
• Provide patient and parent education on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment plans
• Document clinical notes accurately in patient charts
• Review and manage schedules to ensure appropriate appointment flow
• Set up and break down operatories before and after procedures
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Perform basic lab work and assist with appliance preparation
• Restock supplies in operatories and sterilization areas
• Support patient consultations and follow-up scheduling
• Maintain infection control standards and office cleanliness
• Participate in office events, celebrations, and community service projects
