Millwork Installer

Description:

Tahiti Cabinets Inc., a leading architectural millwork and commercial cabinetry company, is seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial millwork, casework, and architectural cabinetry per plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, elevations, and hardware details.
• Measure, fit, and adjust millwork components to achieve a seamless finish.
• Coordinate on-site with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience installing architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
• Excellent finish skills and attention to detail.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Woodwork Institute standards and ADA is a plus.
• Knowledge of 5S principles and shop organization is a plus.
