Café Attendant (Part-Time)

Looking for an early-morning, part-time job that keeps you moving and lets you be part of a great team? BE'S Refreshments is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, upbeat Café Attendant to help keep our café running smoothly. This isn't your typical café role—there's no cashiering, just hands-on food prep, customer interaction, and variety in your day.

Schedule

• Monday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Potential to add Thursdays in the future

(Consistent schedule—no nights or weekends)

What You'll Be Doing

· Prepare fresh food for the salad bar, including washing, cutting, and prepping produce

· Keep the salad bar clean, stocked, and visually appealing during service

· Assist customers at the self-checkout stations as needed

· Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the Production Manager

· Drive, load, and unload product between our East Green Bay location and café sites

· Maintain accurate food logs and temperature logs

· Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

· Use basic computer skills as needed

Note: This position does not involve traditional cashiering.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to lift, load, and unload products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Customer service experience
• Short-order cook or food preparation experience
• Food Handler's Certificate (preferred but not required)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (most lifting is 25 pounds or less)
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
