Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Engineering Manager located in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene Area. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams, manage projects, and ensure the successful design and development of high-quality products. Responsibilities include coordinating design activities, improving operational efficiencies, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating across departments to meet project goals. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and maintaining timelines within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership, team management, and project coordination within an engineering environment
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and other engineering disciplines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in critical thinking and decision-making
• Familiarity with engineering tools, software, and technologies used in deployable solutions and product development
• Knowledge of industry standards, engineering regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
• Experience in military, government, or commercial engineering sectors is highly advantageous
• Flexibility to work on-site in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene Area
