Housekeeper-Double Weekend Shift

We are looking for a dependable, energetic and compassionate housekeeper for our double weekend shift.

Under general direction, a housekeeper will perform day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Azle Manor policies to ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, nursing stations, offices, sitting areas, dining areas, restrooms, hallways, and other areas.
• Perform terminal/detailed cleaning of resident rooms by following a check list or as instructed.
• Use the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow all infection control practices including hand washing techniques, standard precautions, and isolation precautions.
• Observe safety precautions at all times.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
