Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across global teams, with a proven track record of delivering results.nProven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.nAbility to understand and consolidate multiple points of view into an influential recommendation to move projects forward.nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.nA relentless focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations, taking full ownership of your projects from start to finish.nA strategic problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and a knack for identifying and resolving bottlenecks.nSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data annotation tools and workflows, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
