About
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering processes
Coordinate with kitchen and hotel management to ensure seamless operations
Prepare schedules and manage staff attendance
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (preferably in hotels)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
