Experienced Painter

Loft Property Management is a leader in multi-family housing in the Western Treasure Valley and is currently hiring an Experienced Painter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently across residential and multi-family properties in the Ontario area.

You will have proven experience painting residential interiors and exteriors, including drywall installation, finishing, and repairs. Additional construction experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Paint residential interiors and exteriors to a high standard
• Perform drywall installation, patching, finishing, and repairs
• Prepare surfaces properly (sanding, masking, priming, caulking)
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Good references
• Ability to reasonably speak and understand English
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
