Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play an active role in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and strategic planning.
- Utilize HR software systems such as Workforce Now for efficient HR operations.
- Assist in change management processes to facilitate organizational development.
- Handle employee onboarding and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
- All HR compliance reporting.
- Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software applications such as Workforce Now is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent data collection and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and change management initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $75, $80,000.00 per year
