Project Manager

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Manager for a position located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Project Manager is responsible for cross‑functional project coordination, including vendor management and overseeing tasks within engineering‑related project work.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 3-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the utility industry

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities, including collaboration with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timelines and objectives are met.
• Perform site visits as needed and interact with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor coordination to ensure scope, quality, and project requirements are fulfilled.
• Track project progress and provide updates to ensure alignment across all functional groups.
• Support engineering-related project work through effective communication and task management.

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the utility industry.
• Previous experience with vendor management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
