Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in long term care. CNA classes available to get certified.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment
- Document patient care.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a nursing assistant training program preferred
- Active nursing assistant certification in the state of employment required or ability to become certified with-in 4 months of hire.
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
