For our Lakewood office we are searching for an Media Performance Specialist, mainly focused on results over activity—using data, testing, and continuous optimization to ensure marketing investments drive qualified demand, improve conversion, and support sustained systemwide growth operating within Fortidia US's redesigned marketing organization.

The Media Performance Specialist is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media and performance marketing initiatives across Fortidia US brands. This role sits at the core of Fortidia US's demand generation engine and is directly accountable for delivering measurable, ROI-positive outcomes that support franchise-level revenue growth.

The Media Performance Specialist will report to the National Marketing Manager.

Key Success Metrics

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and other performance-driven channels
  • Translate national marketing priorities into channel-level execution plans
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to brand standards, messaging frameworks, and growth objectives
  • Partner with external agencies or vendors as needed to extend execution capacity
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve efficiency and results
  • Own key performance indicators including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve creative, targeting, and channel mix
  • Recommend budget reallocations based on performance insights
  • Support local franchise locations with scalable, revenue-producing demand programs
  • Ensure paid media strategies support both national campaigns and local market visibility
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to align national performance programs with local execution
  • Maintain clear, accurate reporting on paid media performance
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the National Marketing Manager
  • Contribute to executive-level dashboards and performance reviews
  • Ensure performance measurement aligns with Fortidia US attribution and reporting standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, platform providers, and external partners
  • Ensure vendors and partners meet performance, cost, and quality expectations
  • Stay current on platform changes, best practices, and emerging performance marketing trends
  • Paid media ROI and efficiency of spend
  • Lead volume, quality, and conversion rates
  • Contribution to franchise-level revenue performance
  • Timely, accurate reporting and performance insights
  • Continuous improvement through testing and optimization

Skills and experiences:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management
  • Proven experience managing paid search, paid social, and digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience optimizing campaigns against ROI and revenue-based metrics
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus
