Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of experience in applied quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning, including 2+ years managing analytics teams.
5+ years in a leadership role, with 2+ years of experience in managing people across various layers.
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact analytics teams.
Proficient in communicating both technical details and high-level strategic insights.
Proven ability to drive product roadmaps and execution.
Experience collaborating with teams from Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Data Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience leading analytics teams across multiple projects or programs in different regions or business units.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with consumer-facing products.
10+ years of quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning experience in the experimentation domain.
Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Public Compensation: $210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
