Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a talented team of software engineers to deliver top-tier products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spearhead technical innovation and efficiency. Develop and execute technical strategies to align with and achieve business goals. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on technical management. Proven track record in recruiting, structuring, and leading high-performance engineering teams, including overseeing performance management. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience coaching, mentoring, and fostering the development of software engineers. At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse team of engineers at various skill levels. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management, specifically in building large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools within the Machine Learning arena. Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $184,000 to $257,000, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Industry:
