Responsibilities: Monitor front entry and maintain accurate sign-in records for all guests, vendors, and customers. Issue secure RFID badges and ensure access-control procedures and followed. Maintain a professional and courteous presence at the reception area. Interface with administrative staff to support daily office and operational functions. Print labels, organize documentation, and file operational paperwork accurately. Assist with general office tasks as needed to support workflow efficiency. Answer phones as needed. Communicate promptly with internal teams regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, or vendor access. Maintain front-desk supplies, badge inventory, and necessary materials. Help ensure compliance with company policies and security expectations. Promote company values of kindness and customer service among night staff Skill Requirements: 2-4 years of receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support experience in an office, warehouse, or operational environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems such as access-control or badge-management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with attention to accuracy in documentation and visitor logs. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple visitors and administrative task simultaneously . Basic technical aptitude for printing labels, operating office equipment, and troubleshooting front-desk devices. Reliable, punctual, and dependable with consistent attendance. Education and/or Experience Requirements : High School Diploma or GED 2-4 year of minimum experience in Customer Service/Receptionist Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with arms, talk or hear and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and may occasionally use ladders for a variety of tasks. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10-25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to read, write, comprehend instructions given. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching required. Must be able to work in a warehouse/outdoor environments.
