About
Come work as an Order Picker at our Provo, Utah warehouse facility! We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our logistics team and ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As an Order Picker, your main responsibility will be to efficiently locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists. You will also be involved in packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to Safety are crucial for success in this role. We provide comprehensive training and ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary PPE. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the warehouse and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage orders based on provided pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities before and after picking.
- Package items securely for shipment, applying appropriate labels.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse operations and logistics.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team-player mentality with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving logistics processes.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
