We are currently seeking an *Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN)* to lead our nursing team during evening hours and ensure exceptional patient care in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Schedule
* *Monday–Friday*
* *3:00 PM – 11:30 PM*
* *Weekend on-call rotation required*
Pay
* *$40.00 – $45.00 per hour* (experience based)
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support nursing staff during evening shifts
* Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
* Promote high-quality, patient-centered care
* Serve as a clinical leader and resource for staff and families
Requirements
* Valid, unencumbered *Maryland RN license* in good standing
* *Supervisory experience* in a *long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility*
* Current *BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification*
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic leadership style
* Strong communication and organizational skills
