The Opportunity In this role you will be responsible for managing the catalogue of all learning content for the group, ensuring that compliance training, and development pathway content, are accurately mapped to job roles on the learning system. You will also be responsible for the Learning provider preferred supplier list and managing those external relationships.
This role will involve travel around the group sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning architecture reflects job design and workforce needs
React to stakeholders’ requirements to update content to ensure compliance training meets regulatory, policy, and audit requirements in a timely way
Act as a central point of contact between L&D, Operations, Functional SME’s, Procurement, and training providers
Administer learning content within the LMS, including uploading, configuring, tagging, and archiving content
Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to L&D, People team and Functional SME leadership.

Experience within a Learning & Development or training team
Learning & Development or HR qualification would be preferred
Procurement and/or vendor management training would be an advantage
LMS or digital learning certification would be desirable
The ability to plan and manage your own workload with experience of organising large amounts of information
