LSL Capital, Luxury Hospitality Are you a creatively driven designer with a passion for hospitality, branding and storytelling? Do you enjoy working across print and digital, collaborating closely with teams, and seeing your work come to life in real spaces? LSL Capital is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working across multiple premium hospitality brands. You will be the sole in-house designer based in London,working closely with marketing, operations and restaurant teams, while collaborating with our Dubai-based designer on international projects. This role suits a designer who is confident working independently, enjoys variety, and thrives in a multi-brand environment where attention to detail, flexibility and pace are essential. The Role As the in-house Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across print and digital touchpoints: from menus and marketing collateral to social assets, newsletters and event materials. Youll act as a key creative partner internally, liaising directly with operations, general managers, reservations and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, while ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.
Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Delivery Design and update menus across all LSL Capital brands, managing frequent changes and updates Create branded collateral for print and digital use, including campaigns collateral, events, partnerships, social media and activations Supply artwork and assets in the correct formats for both print and digital Support the team during photoshoots, events and bespoke activations Assist with floral installations and event styling, when required Brand Consistency & Multi-Brand Management Act as a brand guardian across multiple hospitality brands, ensuring all creative output meets brand standards Confidently switch between brand styles, tones and formats across the portfolio Support international locations by collaborating with the Dubai-based designer Print, Production & Suppliers Manage print production, including paper stock, finishes and print specifications Liaise with printers and external suppliers to ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery Oversee proofing, approvals and final sign-off for printed materials Digital, Web & CRM Support Design and support monthly newsletters, including layout, content support and basic performance tracking, when required Support website updates where required, including WordPress management for MiMi Mei Fair, Jamavar, Bombay Bustle and Nipotina Create assets using Canva , in line with how the wider team works day-to-day Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Liaise directly with operations teams, General Managers, reservations team alongside the overall marketing team to support business needs Manage multiple briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced hospitality environment
About You Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands Confident working as the sole in-house designer while collaborating closely with wider teams Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with Canva and presentation-friendly design Knowledge of typography, layout, illustration and visual storytelling Working knowledge of
WordPress
; Mailchimp and basic HTML are a plus Organised, detail-focused and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-creative stakeholders Hospitality experience is highly desirable
