Job Summary:

We are seeking Instructors/ Paraprofessionals to join our team and provide small-group and one-on-one instruction in subjects such as Math, Science, Reading, and Writing. You will be helping private school and homeschool students complete thier curriculum and activities. The ideal candidate positively engages with parents, is passionate about educating children, and eager to help students reach their full potential. College students and pre-service teachers are also welcome to apply. We are a fun-loving team ready to expand the Streamline Learning family.

Responsibilities:

• 1:1 and small group teaching
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the Streamline Learning team
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Qualifications:

• Classroom Management Skills
• Working knowledge of K-12 students' core academic subjects
• A willingness to work on a team
• A positive attitude and a love for teaching/supporting children
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning needs
• Excellent customer service skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and technology in instruction

Preferred Qualifications:,

• Willingness to learn how to use online learning platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
