Job Description
The
Sustainability Manager
works across multiple Supply Chain functions (EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, Global and Plant Operations) in leading the execution of the sustainability strategy and annual operating plan (AOP) initiatives. This role reports to the NA EHS lead and works within the Sustainability team (3 Peers) and the NA EHS and Utilities team (5). This role is pivotal in delivering our internal and external sustainability commitments. Key responsibilities will be driving the delivery of our Energy, Water and Waste to Landfill plan commitments, overseeing the completeness of our Sustainability data and reporting, capability building of our operational teams in KHMS and loss elimination and working with our plants and engineering on the execution of Sustainability related projects. The Sustainability team will utilize their influencing and leadership skills in their partnering with the plants to execute the aligned plans and initiatives, hold others accountable and escalate challenges with feasible mitigations quickly.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Ideally 2-3 years Sustainability and/or Plant Operational experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team oriented fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to partner and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Must exercise considerable judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Change management skills ability to influence others and lead change.
- Project management experience
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a
Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.; offices are open workspaces
Additionally, this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 25%.

New Hire Base Salary Range
$102, $127,600.00
Bonus
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
