Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and friendly, with a professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with care and professionalism
• Support other team members during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred 2-3 years minimum
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced restaurant environment
