Lead the Market Through Action *

  • Personally drive business development — not as a task, but as a responsibility.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with biotech, pharma, medtech, and investors.
  • Position VCLS as the partner innovators turn to when they need clarity, speed, and expertise.
  • Create momentum in the US and connect it to our global impact.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Senior leader with a proven track record in Life Sciences consulting, regulatory strategy, clinical development, or adjacent fields.
  • Demonstrated success in business development
    and strategic client acquisition at the C-suite level.
  • Well-established network within US Biotech, MedTech, Pharma, and investment communities.
  • Strategic thinker capable of shaping market positioning and growth strategy.
  • Inspirational people leader who has built, coached, and retained high-performing teams in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen with prior P&L accountability.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the presence and credibility to represent VCLS externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; MBA or business qualifications are a plus.
