Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding medical insurance plans, coverage, and claims.

  • Provide information and guidance on Medicare plan options.

  • Translate documents and conversations between English and Spanish as needed.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the agency calendar.

  • Prepare and submit insurance forms and related documents.

  • Maintain accurate client records and files.

  • Manage and update the agency's CRM system, logging all client interactions and details.

  • Generate reports from the CRM to track client activity and agency performance.

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Prior experience in insurance or office administration is a plus.
