Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries regarding medical insurance plans, coverage, and claims.
Provide information and guidance on Medicare plan options.
Translate documents and conversations between English and Spanish as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain the agency calendar.
Prepare and submit insurance forms and related documents.
Maintain accurate client records and files.
Manage and update the agency's CRM system, logging all client interactions and details.
Generate reports from the CRM to track client activity and agency performance.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Support team members with administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in insurance or office administration is a plus.
