CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Role Description:

·       
Report to just one site daily to supervise multiple interior renovation projects simultaneously in the

same neighborhood. Become a member of a strong cohesive team looking to expand with a project superintendent capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and homeowner satisfaction. A positive mix of autonomy and support is given based on skillset. We are a small company that values a custom experience for each client.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum two (2) years of experience in residential remodeling or multi-family renovations

·       High School Diploma Required

·       Bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred. Equivalent degree or substantial field experience may substitute

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to track information through text or email

·       Positive attitude whose personality is suited to be a team member

·       Highly organized

·       Forward thinker and planner

·       Multi-tasker who can be involved on multiple projects at one time in the same neighborhood

·       Must posses a high expectation and understand the importance of jobsite housekeeping and cleanliness

Responsibilities

·       Report to and work under the direction and guidance of project managers and assistant project managers.

·       Read, understand, and interpret permit drawings, documents, specifications, change orders, and scopes of work to ensure necessary compliance.

·       Visit project jobsites with the frequency to what the project demands

·       Oversee all aspects of renovation projects start to finish

·       Ability to generate project documentation with project photos and daily reports

·       Generate and complete in-house punch lists and Owner/Architect punch lists.

·       Schedule job inspections and meet with inspectors on site.

·       Committed to ensuring cleanliness on company jobsites. Bercon prides itself on clean jobsites and taking necessary precautions to ensure a clean safe work environment.

·       Occasional hands-on work with hand tools and/or power tools as needed
