Signature Premier Escrow, a proud division of Fidelity National Title Company, delivers exceptional escrow services with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support a high-volume team and ensure smooth, timely closings for our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Escrow Officers in managing high-volume residential escrow transactions from opening to closing.
• Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and related documents.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to meet all requirements.
• Handle file documentation, data entry, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential escrow or a related role.
• Strong understanding of escrow procedures, title documents, and closing processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $52, $65,000.00 per year
