Associate Optometrist

Insight Eye Optique is a community-trusted, relationship-based private practice serving Loudoun County for 15+ years, with locations in Brambleton and Sterling. We're looking for an Associate Optometrist who takes pride in excellent clinical care, loves connecting with patients (including families and long-term patients), and wants a practice where you can grow clinically and professionally.

What you'll do

• Comprehensive exams and full-scope primary care
• Medical optometry with continuity-based care
• Contact lens fittings across modalities (soft, toric, multifocal; specialty lenses a plus)
• Participate in dry eye care and help grow related services
• Support myopia management (Treehouse Eyes partnership)
• Refractive surgery co-management (LASIK/PRK)
• Patient education and communication that builds trust
• Participate in select community-facing events (trunk shows, fundraisers, local festivals)

What we're looking for

Required

• OD degree
• Virginia license (or ability to obtain) + TPA certification
• Strong contact lens foundation
• Warm, confident chairside manner and clear communication
• Team-first mindset and professionalism

Preferred (not required)

• Dry eye therapy, myopia management, specialty contact lenses
• Binocular vision / computer vision syndrome
• Interest in ocular aesthetics
