Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including industrial, commercial, and construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely and efficiently, supporting the success of our projects and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse electrical systems while adhering to safety standards and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to accurately execute electrical installations.
  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and power tools to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct testing of electrical circuits using instruments like ohmmeters and ammeters to ensure proper functionality.
  • Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for safety and quality assurance.
  • Work on construction sites performing framing carpentry tasks related to electrical infrastructure setup.
  • Diagnose issues related to low voltage and high voltage systems while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality electrical solutions across diverse environments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for troubleshooting and installation purposes.
  • Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems along with NEC regulations.
  • Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks related to electrical infrastructure when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
