Job Description
Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Labor Law attorney. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in defense litigation, including at least 2 years of experience handling New York State Labor Law claims, and exposure to insurance coverage disputes.

This position requires a high level of motivation, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to independently manage assignments from inception through completion. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, strong and professional communication skills, and a polished writing style. The attorney will collaborate with attorneys and support matters across the firm's footprint. Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), flexible work options, and paid time off.

For New York City Applicants:
Salary range: $35.00–$70.00/hour ($72,800.00–$145,600.00), plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual salary offered will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
