Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with customer support inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and collaboration.
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior management as needed, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all office supplies are stocked and available.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent calendar management abilities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy across various software platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
