The Role

You'll be the first face patients see and the last person they talk to — setting the tone for their entire experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and help create a positive patient experience
• Manage phones, messages, appointment scheduling & confirmations
• Handle check-in / check-out, intake forms, and payments
• Help keep clinic flow smooth and rooms ready for the next patient
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with light admin tasks, special projects, and occasional event support
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality (HIPAA)

We're Looking For

• Positive, people-loving personality that builds rapport quickly
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and reliable
• Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes
• Medical/Chiro/Fitness experience is a plus — but not required
• Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)

Schedule & Hours

• Start part-time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• Approx. 19–24 hours/week to start
• Opportunity to grow into full-time and leadership as the clinic expands
