Fine Dining Server

We are seeking an experience server with a fine dining background. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years in the fine dining environment with the ability uphold the high standards of Ore Hill.

Must be available to work Thursday-Saturday evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings in detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages according to established protocols.
• Course out meals appropriately and maintain proper table etiquette.
• Pour wine and provide table-side service, such as pouring sauces when required
• Maintain impeccably clean, polished, and organized dining tables (linen, silver, glassware).
• Perform side work, such as cleaning, stocking workstations, and preparing for the next shift.
• Coordinate directly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt, accurate order delivery.
• Assist team members and management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, and drink pairings.
• Appearance/Demeanor: Polished, professional, and positive, with high attention to detail.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and carry heavy loads for long periods.
• Experience: Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale establishment is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
