About
We’re working with a specialist Salesforce consultancy that delivers critical programmes across the UK public sector and central government. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their delivery team.
This role offers fully remote working for UK-based candidates and the opportunity to work on high-impact government projects in a collaborative, engineering-led environment.
The Role As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building and enhancing Salesforce solutions used by public sector organisations. You’ll work closely with technical leads, architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platforms aligned with government standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and declarative automation
Contribute to integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST APIs, middleware, data services)
Support data migration, reporting and platform optimisation activities
Work collaboratively within agile delivery teams on public sector programmes
Ensure solutions meet security, performance and governance requirements
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in delivery-focused roles
Proven background working on UK public sector or government projects
Solid development skills in Apex, LWC and Salesforce configuration
Experience working in regulated environments with structured delivery standards
Eligible for SC Clearance (UK residency required; existing clearance advantageous but not essential)
