Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Department: Maintenance
Location/Site: Houston, TX

OBJECTIVE
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities at the Houston facility and supporting operations at Colorado locations. This role ensures equipment and building systems operate efficiently and safely across multiple sites. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient English communication and writing skills; Spanish/bilingual a plus
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
- Good understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving ability and positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel between Houston and Colorado facilities
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, which will include some evenings and weekends
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities across Houston and Colorado sites.
- Monitor inventory of parts and tools, coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform general building maintenance as needed.
- Travel to Colorado facilities for inspections, repairs, and support as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and hands-on work in plant environments.
- Regular travel between Houston and Colorado facilities.
