Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a key player in our logistics network? We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Washington, D.C. to manage the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our reputation for excellence. We emphasize a culture of Safety and require all associates to adhere to our strict guidelines. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Process shipments using our warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order processing issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Physical capability for Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
