About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our busy e-commerce fulfillment center in San Jose, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities that keep our logistics operations running smoothly, from receiving inbound goods to processing outgoing shipments. Key duties include picking items for customer orders, meticulously packing them for shipment, and accurately labeling packages. You'll also assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment center. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is essential. We provide comprehensive training on safe Lifting techniques and efficient material handling. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
