Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our bustling warehouse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence. You will be an integral part of our **logistics** chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Prior **logistics** experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to follow strict **safety** guidelines, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly store inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all **safety** regulations and procedures, including the correct usage of provided **PPE**.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment goals.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Capability of **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
