Join our thriving fulfillment center in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will perform a range of tasks, including picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This is a hands-on position that contributes significantly to our Logistics chain. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to be part of a supportive team. Your role helps maintain inventory accuracy and supports the overall productivity of the warehouse. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all team members are required to comply with Safety regulations and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
