About
We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our busy Houston, Texas location. This position is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a wide range of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The Warehouse Worker will ensure that inventory is managed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our logistics network. Success in this role requires physical capability, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, and a positive attitude is a must. You will be involved in all aspects of material handling and inventory control, ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse management goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
- Must be 18 years or older.
