Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of goods within the logistics network.
  • Apply safe lifting techniques to handle materials.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
